The Network

The National STAR Training Network (the Network) is made up of experts in reading instruction, state and federal policymakers, and practitioners working in partnership with the U.S. Department of Education to use EBRI and the STAR model to improve adult reading.

The Network helps state leaders, state trainers, program administrators, and classroom teachers deliver EBRI through a range of activities and services delivered by experts – our National Trainers – and supported by the Network project staff.
