National Training and Technical Assistance^*

A training model that includes training institutes, online learning, and site-based technical assistance. Includes:

Three, two-day, in-state institutes on diagnostic assessment and EBRI for 45 participants including materials;

Travel and associated costs for two National Trainers to deliver training; and

13.5 days of technical assistance, onsite and offsite, including three visits to the state.

Institute training will be delivered within a nine-month period. One of the National Trainers will be designated as the state technical assistance provider.

Pricing will fall into a range of $40,796.61 – $50,356.72. Kratos Learning will finalize pricing after trainers and training locations have been selected.

Available to any state or consortium of two or more states.

Partner State Expansion

A co-training model that utilizes the State Trainer(s) and one National Trainer to help partner states expand STAR further and faster across more programs at a reduced cost. Includes:

Discounted STAR National Training and Technical Assistance package;

Training and materials for the 45 participants; and

Travel and associated costs for one National Trainer who will co-deliver the training.

Pricing will fall into a range of $16,695.36 – $21,360.23. Kratos Learning will finalize pricing after trainer and training locations have been selected.

Available to STAR partner states who have a certified State Trainer.

State Trainer Certification

A year- long certification process that enables partner states to develop certified State Trainers. Once certified, the State Trainers can provide STAR training and technical assistance to existing and new STAR programs within their own state. Includes:

Training, materials, and online portfolio for up to four state-nominated trainers

Training of Trainers (ToT) kickoff event

Coaching support for candidates

Available to STAR partner states.

Coaching

A trainer support model for State Trainer certification candidates through on-site coaching, co-training, and technical assistance, as well as the STAR National Training and Technical Assistance service package for new participants at a reduced cost. Includes:

Training and materials for 45 participants; and

Travel and associated costs for one National Trainer who will provide on-site coaching during institutes, co-deliver pieces of the training to model training techniques, and provide virtual technical assistance between institutes to the state's trainer certification candidate(s).

Pricing will fall into a range of $20,761.15 – $26,405.06. Kratos Learning will finalize pricing after trainer and training locations have been selected.
