A training model that includes training institutes, online learning, and site-based technical assistance. Includes:
Institute training will be delivered within a nine-month period. One of the National Trainers will be designated as the state technical assistance provider.

Available to STAR partner states who have a certified State Trainer.
A year- long certification process that enables partner states to develop certified State Trainers. Once certified, the State Trainers can provide STAR training and technical assistance to existing and new STAR programs within their own state. Includes:

STAR Trainer Certification must be purchased through the state; individual teachers and/or programs are not eligible to nominate candidates for this process.
